Steam Jet order in Ft Myers Florida plant

CCI has received an order for six high pressure turbine bypass valves equipped with its proprietary Steam Jet® nozzles for Florida Power & Light’s Fort Myers plant.

The new HP turbine bypass valves will feature design improvements to enhance reliability in extremely severe service conditions and high cycling modes required at the plant. This order is for a near duplicate design of the previous valves which also feature the QuickTrak® actuators ordered by the Sanford site last month.
