CustomerTechnical Service Engineer
The position provides technical support for valves, actuators and instrumentation to customers and CCI employees, both internal and external. Occasionally this support will be provided in person at the customer’s site.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provides trouble shooting, calibration, tuning and adjustment support at the factory and in the field for a wide variety of CCI valves, actuators and controls. This support is given primarily when a customer or CCI employee is having some difficulty performing this activity themselves due to their limited knowledge of the hardware and/or a fault in the hardware.
- Provides occasional assistance with the development and presentation of training for CCI employees and customers.
- Provide aftermarket sales support by assisting with technical solutions to solving field problems with both CCI and competitor valves, actuators and instrumentation.
- Communicates with global customer base by telephone during off-business hours of the day or night and on weekends to provide emergency technical support.
- Monitors technological developments that impact the Company’s product lines and evaluates competitor product design and capabilities.
- Provides recommendations to management through trouble-shooting problems to minimize errors and customer complaints by maximizing the bottom-line to the company.
- Maintains and enhances customer relations while on the job (factory or field) for future opportunities in orders and bids.
Qualifications and required skills:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 10 years related technical experience, preferably control valves or other mechanically related equipment
- General working knowledge of either power stations or oil and gas production / processing facilities desirable
- Ability to read, analyze and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written required, in English and Mandarin
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Windows)

Factory Sales Engineer
The position provide customers with solution to problems in the form of customized engineering products, which serves customer need, meets technical and economical goals and is profitable to manufacture.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinates with customers, Outside Sales, Sales Representatives to convince prospective customer of desirability an practicability of valve products offered.
- Review blueprints, plans, schematics, P&IDs, and other customer technical and commercial specifications to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client’s use of proposed equipment of services.
- Responsible for accurate sizing, design selection, and error free proposal preparation.
- Identify key decision makers/players, and critical info for strategy development.
- Determine competitor sizing and product by selecting information from computer generated Valsiz program.
- Confers with manufacturing to assure processes, techniques and time schedule will meet customer needs.
- Meet with customer to close sales on high value projects.
- Analyzes customer’s problems and recommends corrective action.
Qualifications and required skills:
- Understand the process of power plants, refineries, pulp & paper and petrochemical plants.
- Understands be basics of control valves and applications.
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills essential.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written required, in English and Mandarin
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD Rel 13, Windows)
- General working knowledge of either power stations or oil and gas production / processing facilities desirable.
- Bachlelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering plus 3 years related technical sales experience, preferably control valves or other mechanically related equipment; or one to two years related experience either in power plant, oil and gas or chemical industry.

Human Resources Generalist
The position is responsible for administering the day to day activities relating to Human Resources in a highly self-directed and efficient manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Must be able to evaluate all HR office functions in order to maintain accurate administrative support to the China staff
- Must maintain personnel files and related personnel documents such as performance reviews, job description and salary history.
- Must be able to ensure key HR Administrative data is processed in a timely manner.
- Must be able to understand and interpret employee benefits and Human Resource practices and policies in China.
- Must be able to perform or assist in benefit administration, recruiting and correspondence.
Qualifications and required skills:
- Must have the ability to handle a variety of duties in a fast paced environment.
- Must have advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Must have outstanding organizational skills, along with professional maturity and diplomacy with internal and external customers in person, phone and written communication.
- Must have written and speaking communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university and five to ten years related experience in Human Resource environment.
